The results of paired t-test were shown in the intervention group the mean safety culture after the intervention increased (139.2± 13.7) significantly (t=21.29, p=0.0001) compared to the pre-intervention (50.6±3.5) however, there was no significant difference in the control group (t=0.970, p=0.1). This study showed career ethics training was effective in enhancing nurses' attitudes towards levels to patient safety culture. 摘要
