The study used the descriptive approach. To achieve the objective of the study, one resolution was applied, measuring flexibility in leadership, to establish the level of practice of flexibility in leadership. The study sample consisted of (374) teachers and principals. The results revealed a significant degree of leadership flexibility among primary school principals within the green line, and statistically significant differences in leadership flexibility due to job title variables in favor of the “principals” group, educational qualification in favor of the “higher studies” group, and years of experience in favor of the “less than 5 years” group Recommendations have been written by the researcher, most notably the need to take into account the individual differences between teachers, and take into account the teachers' gradation with change and reform..
