The fundamental output voltage and harmonics obtained in each method are compared with the output waveform obtained with the triangular carrier waveform. The different PWM methodologies adopting the constant switching frequency multicarrier are simulated for a 1KW, 3φ inverter using MATLAB/SIMULINK. 摘要

本文针对九电平级联逆变器,提出了一种采用阶梯载波波形的脉宽调制技术。在阶梯载波波形中,实现了相位配置(PD)、反向相位配置(IPD)、相位对抗配置(POD)和交替相位对抗配置(APOD)等不同的技术。将每种方法得到的基频输出电压和谐波与用三角载波波形得到的输出波形进行比较。所提出的开关技术提高了输出电压的基频分量,改善了总谐波畸变。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK对1KW, 3φ逆变器采用恒开关频率多载波的不同PWM方法进行了仿真。分析了开关频率对基波输出电压和谐波的影响。
