Keywords related to information technology and motivation towards performance were reviewed from the abstract or text of research journals before being included in the review according to the criteria. 摘要

本研究的目的是:a)基于近6年的实证研究，确定信息技术对绩效的影响;b)基于近6年的实证研究，确定动机对绩效的影响。文章来源检索方法通过GARUDA数据库(2017-2022)检索印尼语发表的相关文章。与信息技术和绩效动机相关的关键词从研究期刊的摘要或文本中进行综述，然后根据标准纳入综述。通过对近6年的6种研究期刊的回顾，结果表明:6种研究期刊的回顾均显示信息技术和激励对绩效存在显著的正向偏影响。
