To a certain degree, addressing education problems among left-behind children is a manifestation of the value of education precision poverty alleviation and avoids blind poverty alleviation. At present, left-behind children education is primarily undertaken during the course of upbringing by grandparents, and plagued by issues such as lack of family education, polarized learning conditions, insufficient emotional guidance, relatively poor moral ethics, deficiency of psychological support, complicated social environment, influenced cognitive development and other problems. 摘要

教育精准扶贫主要是指政府将教育帮扶作为贫困地区的一种精准扶贫方式,针对不同的人口群体提供适合的教育资源。在一定程度上,解决留守儿童的教育问题是教育精准扶贫价值的体现,避免了盲目扶贫。目前,留守儿童的教育主要是在祖父母的抚养过程中进行,存在着家庭教育缺失、学习条件两极分化、情感引导不足、道德伦理相对较差、心理支持不足、社会环境复杂、认知发展受影响等问题。教育精准扶贫战略主要从政府、学校和社会等方面探索路径,确保留守儿童教育精准扶贫的有效性,促进农村留守儿童的权利保障和健康成长。
