In this highly dynamic and turbulent business environment, it is considered an important priority for organizations to be innovative in order to survival and gain sustainable competitive advantage. Employees play an important role in the organizational innovation or innovation process. In particular, it can be said that the innovative behavior of employees is vital for the innovation performance of an organization. The main purpose of this research examined the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior with psychological safety as mediator. The sample of the research consisted of 320 participant working in the textile industry. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and bootstrap regression analyses are used to analyze the data obtained from the participants by the questionnaire method. The outcomes of research indicate that psychological capital significantly innovative behavior both directly and indirectly through psychological safety. In addition, the research also confirm the partially mediator role of psychological safety between psychological capital and innovative behavior. 摘要
