In this work, we analyse the health system level in Peru by applying the entropy-weight method, which is a approach based on Shannon’s entropy theory; in order to obtain a ranking that indicates the level of health system by departments. The entropy-weight method was applied to calculate the weights of the criteria; and then, the departments studied were classified according to the results of a weighted sum. The selection criteria established in this study were the number of hospitals (C1), specialized health institutes (C2), health centres (C3), health posts (C4), inhabitants per doctor (C5), and the population of each department (C6). This method has an advantage, since different criteria can be used, whether they are direct or indirect, regarding to the object of study. 摘要

秘鲁各部门在卫生系统方面有不同的条件。本文采用基于香农熵理论的熵权法对秘鲁的卫生系统水平进行了分析;为了获得一个显示各部门卫生系统水平的排名。采用熵权法计算各指标的权重;然后,根据加权和的结果对所研究的院系进行分类。本研究确定的选择标准是医院(C1)、专业卫生机构(C2)、保健中心(C3)、卫生站(C4)、每名医生的居民数量(C5)和每个部门的人口数量(C6)。这种方法有一个优点,因为可以使用不同的标准,无论是直接的还是间接的,关于研究对象。这项研究的结果以信息地图的形式呈现,有助于做出最佳决策,以改善卫生系统,造福于人民。
