摘要

炼油厂的生产过程是一个复杂的过程,它由大量的装置组成。有的单位产品是多种的,有的单位产品的可行运行方式也是多种的。采用哪种操作模式决定了炼油厂的生产策略。由于生产策略优化带来的巨大效益,本文重点研究了如何制定合理的生产策略,并提出了一种基于混合双层规划法的生产策略优化模型来解决该问题。该模型将生产过程中包含的所有单元划分为两个层次,各层次的大部分生产信息通过数据库系统进行集成。并以大庆炼油厂为例,说明了优化模型的可行性
