摘要

根据吉林省农村电网建设与改造工程的现状,建立了农村电网改造工程评价指标体系。针对指标较多的特点,提出了基于粗糙集和支持向量机的农村电网改造评价模型。通过对吉林省农村电网评价数据的实例分析,农村电网改造取得了显著的效益,证明了该方法具有较高的分类精度,是实用可行的,模型运行良好。

Project Evaluation of Jilin Rural Power Grid Reformation Based on Rough Set and Support Vector Machine
