大型特殊活动的举办通常会在短时间内对城市交通造成很大的压力。如何保证大型特殊活动期间的交通畅通,尽量减少对城市正常交通的影响,是一个亟待解决的问题。智能交通管理系统在大型特殊事件交通管理中发挥着重要作用,交通信号控制是其最基本、最重要的方法之一。本文研究了交通信号控制方案、交通信号控制系统的主要功能和优化方法。
