The results will determine whether the emotional well-being scale that has been made deserves to be used to measure the emotional well-being of kindergarten teachers in Indonesia. The emotional well-being variable is measured using two dimensions from Diener, Suh, and Oishi: affection and satisfaction in life. A total of 32 Kindergarten teachers in Sumbang District, Banyumas, Indonesia, were involved as participants. Analysis of research data is used content validity and to measure discriminant items is used corrected item-total correlation formula, while to calculate reliability using Cronbach’s alpha was analyzed using SPSS version 23. The analysis results prove that 22 items have high discriminant power, valid and reliable from two dimensions of emotional well-being. 摘要
