As the envelope works on narrow band frequencies or mono-component signal, it was analyzed using higher wavelet levels which belong to the narrow band harmonics. The RMS and Mean values of the reconstructed details and Power Detail Energy defined as PDE were used as fault parameters to detect the faulty motor from the healthy one. It has been observed that the faulty motor produces higher fault parameters than the healthy one. 摘要

本文提出了一种检测异步电动机定子绕组匝间短路的新方法。利用DB4对加窗稳态电流信号的包络进行离散小波变换。包络线由希尔伯特变换确定。在较高的小波水平上提取重构细节中低于50 Hz的低频振荡。由于包络线处理的是窄带频率或单分量信号,因此采用了属于窄带谐波的高小波分析。将重构细节的均方根和均值以及定义为PDE的功率细节能量作为故障参数,从正常电机中检测出故障电机。研究发现,故障电机产生的故障参数高于正常电机。实验结果证实了该方法的有效性。
