摘要

摘要:本文采用基于Taguchi的灰色关联分析方法对试验结果进行验证,考虑5个因素对应3个水平的L27正交阵列,得到了Al-Mg-Si合金在结构装配中最重要的精加工工序钻孔过程中输出响应最小的最优输入参数组合。实现了Deform-3D软件,并与实验结果进行了比较。
