In this paper, partial encryption of medical images based on dual DNA addition with combined chaotic map are proposed. Firstly carried out the DNA encoding of gray scale image using different eight kinds of pattern. Then perform DNA addition with chaotic DNA sequence generated from chaotic map with a initial key. By changing the DNA patterns of chaotic DNA sequence and performs DNA addition to get a different Partial Encrypted Images(PIE).
