The ZVS operations are achieved for the primary switches and for the secondary rectifier diodes to reduce the switch stresses and losses. The converter has low volt-ampere ratings for the devices and components, constant switching frequency operation, and almost linear and load-independent DC conversion-ratio characteristics.
