Through utilizing the principle of isoquant, it can not only be gained that the management information of each component included in technical change index, but judge whether the trends of technical change of DMUs are favorable or not through decomposing the technical change index. 摘要

数据包络分析(DEA)衡量具有多输入多输出的决策单元(dmu)的相对效率。基于dea的Malmquist生产率指数衡量的是生产率随时间的变化。基于DEA的Malmquist生产率指数可以分解为效率变化指数和技术变化指数两部分。利用等等量原理,不仅可以得到技术变更指标所包含的各组成部分的管理信息,还可以通过对技术变更指标的分解来判断各dmu的技术变更趋势是否有利。然后以15家电子行业上市公司为例进行实证分析,结果表明,在评价期内,电子行业整体呈现技术变革的良好趋势。
