摘要
本研究为描述性质的研究。数据收集技术采用观察法、访谈法和文献法。本研究是在MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru进行的,研究的目的是研究专业教师绩效的概况。研究的目的是(1)分析Negeri 3北坎巴鲁中学教师专业学习活动在制定课程时的表现,(2)分析专业教师在Negeri 3北坎巴鲁中学开展学习活动时的表现,(3)分析专业教师在评估Negeri 3北坎巴鲁中学任何晚期学习者学习方面的表现。本研究的调查对象为所有在马来西亚获得教师资格认证的教师,其中Negeri 3 Pekanbaru为42名专业教师。本研究得出的结果是:(1)有不少专业教师在制定学习指标和学习策略时存在不符合学习内容的错误,在编写教学大纲中的时间分配时也存在不符合各功能时间分配的错误;(2)发现少数专业教师使用的学习模式/方法与学习步骤不一致(3)在进行评估时,MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru仍然有少数专业教师使用学生工作表题库,而不是根据提交的新材料评估学生的理解程度。从评估的附件中可以看出,RPP中并不对应于给定的练习老师给学生。
