摘要

功率摆动是电力系统中由于线路中断、负荷突然增加或减少、故障等多种原因而发生的一种暂态现象。功率摆动可能导致进入距离继电器所看到的阻抗进入其保护区域,并导致该继电器的不良操作。距离继电器的这种不希望的操作可能会造成电网的不稳定,从而导致停电。本文提出了一种利用视在功率平均值变化率进行功率摆幅检测的新方法。采用Digsilent和Matlab软件在标准双区域网络中对该方法进行了测试。
