Adopting the empirical method of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and participating in professional seminars in this article, it is explored the current situation of the university students’ learning initiative, and analyzed the motivations that affect the learning initiative. The survey results show that there are obvious differences in the subjects and grades in the learning initiative of college students, so it is not enough to rely on a single force to improve the learning initiative of students. 摘要

本文对武汉工商大学491名本科生进行问卷调查,主要从学生的学习现状、影响学生主动学习的动机、学生期望的学习环境三个方面进行调查。本文采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、参加专业研讨会等实证方法,探讨大学生学习主动性的现状,分析影响大学生学习主动性的动因。调查结果显示,大学生的学习主动性在学科和年级上存在明显差异,因此仅仅依靠单一的力量来提高学生的学习主动性是不够的。最后,在调查问卷分析的基础上,提出了提高学生360度学习主动性的一系列方法,即从学校管理者、教师、学生和家长的角度提出了一些可行的建议。
