In this paper, we first summarize the deficiencies in the safety analysis based on the development of V mode. Then we put forward a new model-based method called VT-mode development. The mode discusses the safety analysis process in detail, meanwhile considering the traditional safety analysis methods. A model-based safety analysis framework is also put forward, which is established on fault model and validation model, combined with the existing foreign scientific research. 摘要
