A new inverse folding method is presented that tries to determine the unknown proteins from tertiary structure to protein sequence by model the folding process. The method of protein inverse folding is based on 3D off lattice model with united atom. The folding process model and discovery of protein folding pathway is discussed by three artificial life approaches from protein tertiary to series of residues.
