The main purpose of the paper is to investigate the degree of integration of ICT into the learning process. A meta-model for the integration of ICT tools into the teaching and learning environment has been defined. A methodology has been proposed for evaluating the level of ICT knowledge and utilization and the impact of ICT on the learning process after the introduction of the proposed model.
