This research provides a quantitative examination of the status of women bank tellers in Jaipur's public and private sectors. This investigation is first-hand and explanatory. There will be a total of 100 working women surveyed, 50 from the public sector and 50 from the private sector. The results of a well-designed questionnaire given to the ladies. Reliability statistics, descriptive statistics, and a t test were among the many statistical methods used.
