The usage of that system is targeted to an aviation safety and space together with general transportation. The system is an extensive project, and this document is mainly about measuring station as an essential part of it. The paper presents specific localization techniques which will be used in digital signal processing. Several tests of the functionality of the measuring station have been made and presented in this paper. The result of the paper comes from the basic test of the measuring station. In that test, functionality - clock synchronization, mutual phase of an antenna array, software-defined radio was proved.
