摘要

案例教学法强调以学生为主体,引导学生用问题思考,加强对知识的理解和掌握,在医学教育中取得了良好的教学效果。微格教学法通过视频设备记录学生的练习过程,提高学生的学习效果。传统的案例教学法和微格教学法需要师生面对面交流,有时间和空间的限制。微信作为一个移动学习平台,可以突破教学时间和空间的限制,实现教学方式的多样化。通过微信平台与案例教学法、微教学法的有益互补,发现在实验教学的应用中,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,调动了学生的学习热情,而且提高了学生的自主学习能力、综合分析能力和临床思维能力,值得在实验室实践教学中推广应用。
