METHODS: Sixty patients who underwent fixed orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled.Patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, 30 in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with a single low level laser therapy ,while patients in the control group were treated with a placebo.The results of the 2 groups were compared in regard to spontaneous pain and chewing pain during the day and night using SPSS 22.0 software package. RESULTS: Spontaneous pain during day and night with 0.012, 0.014 inch superelastic nickel-titanium (NiTi) line was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P 0.05).Chewing pain with 0.012, 0.014, 0.016, and 0.018 inch NiTi lines in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). 摘要

目的:探讨单次低强度激光治疗对固定正畸治疗初期疼痛的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年12月在我院行固定正畸治疗的患者60例。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组30例。实验组患者接受单一低水平激光治疗,对照组患者接受安慰剂治疗。采用SPSS 22.0软件包对两组患者的自发性疼痛和咀嚼性疼痛进行白天和夜间比较。结果:使用0.012、0.014英寸超弹性镍钛(NiTi)线时,实验组小鼠昼夜自发疼痛明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。0.012、0.014、0.016、0.018英寸NiTi线实验组咀嚼痛明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单次低水平激光治疗可显著减少术后疼痛,同时放置超弹性镍钛丝进行初始对准和矫正。
