The purpose of this research is to evaluate the quality of HIS in a private multi-specialty hospital in Indonesia as the mean to recommend possible actions for the management and IT department in the effort of achieving continuous improvements. The approach involves integrating SERVQUAL method, Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for measuring HIS quality attributes that are adopted from DeLone & McLean IS Success Model dimensions from the users' perspective. This research shows the low user satisfaction level towards the current HIS quality, and then the attributes required for betterment are subsequently identified. 摘要

医院信息系统(HIS)已成为每个医疗机构提供高质量临床护理和高效日常运营的重要组成部分。本研究的目的是评估印度尼西亚一家私立多专科医院的HIS质量,为管理层和IT部门提供持续改进的建议。该方法包括集成SERVQUAL方法、Kano模型和质量功能部署(QFD),用于从用户的角度测量从DeLone & McLean IS成功模型维度采用的HIS质量属性。本研究表明用户对当前HIS质量的满意度较低,随后确定了改进所需的属性。作为最终的结果,质量之家的成功建立是为了提出医院应该执行的系统和可衡量的改进优先事项,以满足用户对高质量HIS的需求和愿望。
