The state of agent, especially the anomalous state, would badly reduce the working efficiencies of agents. For this reason, this paper proposes a dynamic group method based on health management in multi agent system to improve the agent efficiency when the agent performs a mission. The method introduces a decision agent and a member agent dynamic group model, what's more the evaluate function based on health management is proposed, which is high efficient to coordinate all the agents in the system.
