摘要

病历是医院信息系统的重要组成部分，在医院信息系统的运行中起着重要的作用。医疗记录媒体传输系统是一个基于web的应用程序，用于将打印文件转换为pdf文件。本研究旨在探讨PIECES方法在病案介质传输中的应用。本研究以绩效(Performance)、资讯(Information)、经济(Economy)、控制与安全(Control and Security)、效率(efficiency)、服务(Service)等几个PIECES因素来评估。使用PIECES方法可以发现使用病历介质传输应用程序的可行性。本研究的结果是采用问卷调查的形式对10个样本进行测试，并产生良好的类别值。病历介质转移应用程序可被宣布适合在帕苏鲁万市R.
