The hardware and software of the device are designed to achieve the expected effect. By building a small-scale prototype, and selecting a representative insulation blanket sample for testing. 摘要

根据标准要求,绝缘毯在使用前应进行介电耐压试验。针对现有绝缘毯耐压测试电极通用性差、效率低的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的自适应绝缘毯耐压测试电极装置。对设备的硬件和软件进行了设计,达到了预期的效果。通过搭建小型样机,并选取具有代表性的保温毯样品进行测试。试验结果证明,该装置能按标准要求完成绝缘毯耐压试验,对不同型号、尺寸、形状的样品在适应性和检测效率上均优于传统方法。该装置能满足绝缘毯耐压试验自动化、智能化的需要,具有一定的应用价值。
