The use of controlled smart traffic systems is gaining a noticeable interest for the past few years and various solutions have been proposed, adopted and even implemented in several countries. In this paper, we propose Smart Traffic for Congestion Avoidance with Multi Layered (ST-CA) Framework, for solving the congestion problem. The proposed framework is constructed in multilayer approach for easy maintenance in the future. 摘要

在世界上许多城市,交通拥堵被认为是一个应该妥善管理的主要问题。管理交通流量不是简单地通过修建新道路或维护旧道路来实现的;这不仅仅是物理基础设施的问题。为了管理交通,应该采用“智能”的方法,利用现有的技术设施。各国应该明智地思考和行动,以管理当今城市的交通。在过去几年中,使用受控智能交通系统正在引起人们的注意,在一些国家已经提出、采用甚至实施了各种解决方案。为了解决交通拥堵问题,本文提出了多层智能交通(ST-CA)框架。该框架采用多层结构,便于后续维护。STCA框架在发送/接收消息方面应该比其他框架更灵活,并依赖于专家系统的决策。
