Then the nano particles of pure gold were accumulated vertically on the layers. The layer depletion situation was the same for all of the layers used in the experiment. The nano structures of these layers will be analyzed in different analytical ways using Atomic Power Microscope, Electronic microscope and Spectrophotometer. The aim of this experiment and observation is essentially to find out the relationship between nano structures of layers and the accumulation condition in extreme vacuum condition and also to observe and analyze how the nano particles of gold settle on the layers in such conditions.
