In order to get controller's real loss and avoid heat dissipation structure design, this paper introduces a method to calculate heat loss of impacted flexible actuator's controller based on MATLAB and PLECS, through which designers can get heat sink's structure and size. Compared with traditional method based on theory, this combined emulation method can calculate heat loss in every working point, also it can display loss influence by different temperature degrees, whose condition is more real. 摘要

在变型飞机的研究中,人们对作动器设计的要求更加灵活紧凑,控制器与作动器的一体化设计是研究方向之一,体积和重量对作动器控制器的散热设计提出了更高的要求。为了得到控制器的真实损耗,避免散热结构设计,本文介绍了一种基于MATLAB和PLECS的冲击柔性作动器控制器的热损耗计算方法,通过该方法设计人员可以得到散热器的结构和尺寸。与传统的基于理论的方法相比,该组合仿真方法可以计算出各个工作点的热损失,并能显示不同温度对热损失的影响,其情况更加真实。采用该方法设计冷却结构,既满足了冷却要求,又避免了结构过度设计。
