摘要

本文以2013 - 2017年60家文化产业上市公司为研究样本,基于明星持股和消费者感知的视角,研究电影公司口碑对企业财务绩效的影响。研究结果表明:(1)电影公司的企业声誉对财务绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)明星持股对声誉对业绩的影响具有显著的正向作用;(3)消费者认知在企业声誉与财务绩效的关系中起显著中介作用。
