摘要

社会网络理论认为CEO嵌入于企业的内部网络和外部网络,其网络嵌入性决定了从网络结构中衍生出的社会资本的数量,而社会资本可能成为创造企业价值的关键。当CEO发生离职时,由于原CEO和继任CEO的企业内外部网络嵌入度不同,导致社会资本的数量不同,从而导致企业价值的变化。以这一理论为基础,采用带中介变量的回归分析,检验CEO离职、CEO网络可嵌入性与企业价值之间的逻辑联系,检验CEO网络可嵌入性在CEO离职与企业价值之间的中介作用。实证分析结果验证了可嵌入性是CEO离职与企业价值关系研究的路径。
