摘要

本文提出了一种新的功率摆动检测方法以及功率摆动中不同类型故障的检测方法。各种干扰引起的功率摆动会影响距离继电器的工作性能,导致距离继电器不必要的运行。然而,无论何时发生故障,继电器都应运行。距离继电器如果能在功率摆动过程中识别出功率摆动和电力系统故障的情况,则可靠性更高。本文实现了这种类型的继电器,并对其在正常情况下的各种故障以及功率摆动时的故障进行了测试。结果在MATLAB/SIMULINK中进行了验证。
