The results show that the structure of cultural and creative industries is more complicated, and all four types of structures are involved. At the same time, no matter the relative value or the absolute value, the promotion of the national cultural and creative industries to the national economy is not significant, and the industrial development and expectations have A certain gap. 摘要

文化创意产业具有产业关联性广、影响力强的明显特点。产业功能在促进经济增长、增加就业、促进产业结构升级等方面具有重要作用。为了定量分析中国文化创意产业的结构和连锁效应,本文基于中国国家统计局发布的2017年投入产出表,计算了149个行业的中间需求率、中间投入率、影响系数和敏感系数。其中,文化、艺术、娱乐、新闻出版等14个行业入选文化创意产业代表。研究结果表明,文化创意产业结构较为复杂,四种结构都涉及到。同时,无论是相对价值还是绝对值,民族文化创意产业对国民经济的促进作用并不显著,产业发展与预期存在一定差距。因此,在此基础上,本文提出了大力发展文化创意产业、优化产业布局等政策建议。
