The structural characterizations indicate that increasing of Ga-doping concentration in ZnO can significantly improves the crystallinity of ZnO photoanode. The electrical conductivity can be recorded using two point probe under dark and light radiation (for a wavelength $\\lambda =$ 630 nm).
