In 2019, the National Nuclear Safety Administration issued the Seismic Design and Evaluation of NPPs (HAD102/022019), which specifies the role of seismic instruments in nuclear power plants (NPPs), including the role of ASTS. At the same time, it also puts forward relevant requirements on whether to install the ASTS. In 2019, China revised and issued Code for seismic design of nuclear power plants (GB 50267-2019), the seismic alarm index should be fully demonstrated.
