A new approach to the dielectric breakdown of oil-impregnated paper
In the course of the investigation on the dielectric breakdown mechanisms of the laminated oil-impregnated paper system, careful consideration should be given to both the non-uniformity of insulating Kraft paper and the behavior of carriers (electron or ions) in the laminated oil-impregnated paper system.
