摘要

采用热化学气相沉积(CVD)技术在ZnO镀膜玻璃上制备了ZnO/SnO2纳米复合薄膜。基于FESEM观察,不同Sn前驱体在ZnO模板层上生长出不同的复合纳米结构;四氯化锡、二乙酸二丁基锡和锡粉。纳米复合ZnO/SnO2薄膜的光致发光表现为390 nm左右紫外发射低峰和590 nm左右可见光发射高峰。
