摘要

传统的交直流混合电力系统优化规划研究很少集中在系统的VSC控制策略上,而VSC控制策略对系统扩展具有重要意义。提出了一种结合VSC控制策略的混合系统潮流计算方法。然后在流量计算的基础上,设计了以经济效益为主要目标的最优扩建规划。采用备选算法计算交直流电力系统潮流模型,在发电成本和输电线路成本约束下,以成本最小化为扩展规划的目标函数。通过计算模型和规划模型的求解,最后给出了一个算例,说明了变流控制策略对潮流计算和最优规划的影响,说明了在最优规划中考虑变流器控制策略的价值。
