Dielectric constant and tan¿ of the prepared thick films were measured at 100 kHz. Both dielectric constant and tan¿ were improved by MgTiO3 and SiO2 addition. S21 parameter of thick films was measured to examine the electric properties at high frequency. Resonant frequency of S21 parameter was increased by applying DC electric field.
