ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN USAHA PENGOLAHAN GULA SEMUT (AREN) DI DESA DULAMAYO SELATAN KECAMATAN TELAGA KABUPATEN GORONTALO

This study aimed to analyze: 1) Income of the palm sugar processing business actors in Dulamayo Selatan Village; 2) Feasibility of palm sugar processing business in Dulamayo Selatan Village. This study was conducted in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency, from November to December 2020, with 15 business people as the sample. The research method was a survey based on primary data with a sample of 15 artisan farmers. The sampling technique was done by the saturation sampling method or census. The analytical methods used were income analysis and business feasibility analysis. The results indicated that; 1) The income earned by business actors during the 1 (one) month production period is IDR 9,492,662; 2) The palm sugar processing business for 1 (one) month production period is economically feasible to operate with an R/C value Ratio of 3.60.
