随着中国电力市场改革的深入，竞争首次被引入发电领域。按价上网使得发电企业绩效评价成为当前的热点问题。粗糙集理论是处理不确定、数据不相容和不精确问题的一种新的数学工具。本文以粗糙集理论为基础，对其在发电企业绩效评价体系中的应用进行了研究。基于粗糙集理论和启发式算法的数据挖掘方法，致力于找出最简单的发电企业绩效评价规则。
