With the continuous development of computer technology and electronic information technology and the development of image recognition and pattern recognition, with the deepening of artificial intelligence research, face recognition has become a popular research topic. For the research of computer vision and image processing based on OpenCV, the essay uses a cascade classifier based on Haar-like feature for face detection and eye detection. Through the face recognition scheme based on principal component analysis (PCA) of AdaBoost, the eigenface and mean face are generated, and the face is reconstructed and recognized.
