E-Learning In the Context of Qualification of Labour in Information Society Literatüre

Policies towards qualification of labour are getting common in today’s societies and people in high ranks put their efforts to encourage it by creating political documents. E-learning practices which are getting popular thanks to advancements in communication tech and political documents concerned of these practices should be examined in such way. While observing that increase in demand for qualification of labour gaining speed accereleratingly in order to reorganize the capital and overcome structural crises due to capitalism. Such work will continue to create traces in the demand of approaches toward e-learning. Especially, approaches of e-learning mentioned in political documents which are created accordingly to information society of European Union will be considered by realizing this demand
