A hypothetical scheme was built according to the variables of the current study, and on its basis the main hypothesis and sub-hypothesis were developed. This study was applied and tested in the maritime sector at the Naval Academy. The questionnaire was used in the process of collecting data from a community sample of (180) employees from the individuals working in the academy, and they were chosen using the intentional sampling method, as the data retrieved by the questionnaire were analyzed using the (SPSSV.26) and (AMOSV22) programs, and the number of retrieved questionnaires was ( 155) questionnaire, all valid for analysis. The problem of the study revolves around the nature of the relationship and impact of human resources governance for the function of training employees working in the Arabian Gulf Academy for Maritime Studies. The results of the study indicated that there is a positive impact of governance dimensions (disclosure, transparency and social responsibility) on training human resources.
