Việc khảo sát xây dựng quy trình chiết nhằm thu được hàm lượng triterpenoid và polyphenol tối ưu là một vấn đề cần thiết. - Mục tiêu: Khảo sát và tối ưu hóa điều kiện chiết triterpenoid và polyphenol từ nấm Linh chi đỏ (Ganoderma lucidum). - Đối tượng - Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Bột dược liệu nấm Linh chi đỏ (Ganoderma lucidum) được chiết bởi các dung môi và thời gian chiết khác nhau nhằm thu được điều kiện phù hợp. Phần mềm Design Expert được sử dụng để tối ưu hóa nhiệt độ chiết và tỷ lệ dược liệu/dung môi. - Kết quả: Đã xây dựng quy trình chiết triterpenoid và polyphenol từ nấm Linh chi đỏ (Ganoderma lucidum). Điều kiện chiết tối ưu là dung môi chiết ethanol 70%, thời gian chiết 120 phút, nhiệt độ chiết 800 C và tỷ lệ dược liệu/dung môi là 1/100 (g/ml). - Kết luận: Đề tài này đã xây dựng thành công quy trình chiết triterpenoid và polyphenol từ nấm Linh chi đỏ (Ganoderma lucidum). Điều kiện chiết tối ưu là tiền đề cho việc bào chế các sản phẩm bổ trợ sức khỏe an toàn và hiệu quả tốt cho người sử dụng. Abstract - Background: Triterpenoids and polyphenols from Ganoderma lucidum have many important pharmacological properties. Therefore, it is critical to investigate and develop an optimal method for the extraction of triterpenoids and polyphenols from Ganoderma lucidum. - Objectives: To investigate and optimize the extract conditions of triterpenoids and polyphenols compounds from Ganoderma lucidum. - Materials and methods: Ganoderma lucidum dry powdered samples were extracted in different conditions to obtain the appropriate solvent ratio and exaction time. The Design Expert program was used to optimize temperature and solid - liquid ratio. - Results: The optimal conditions for the extraction of triterpenoids and polyphenols from Ganoderma lucidum were: ethanol 70%, 120 min, 800 C and solid - liquid ratio of 1/100 (g/ml). - Conclusions: The method for the extraction of triterpenoids and polyphenols from Ganoderma lucidum was successfully optimized. The optimal extract conditions can serve as a reference to develop safe and efficient herbal health supplements.
