摘要
软件开发在组织中的重要性，特别是在中小型企业(sme)和非常小的实体(very small entities, VSE)中，已经增长了，同时也需要改进他们的软件开发过程来开发高质量的产品和服务。因此，提供满足这一需求并加强软件产业的合格专业人员是大学面临的主要挑战。为了实现这一目标，本文提出了在大学软件开发中心实施ISO/IEC 29110标准基本概况的方法，以实现该标准的认证，并为专业人员提供有关使用ISO/IEC 29110的中小企业和VSE所期望的软件工程最佳实践的知识和能力。
A Methodology in the implementation of International Standards in Software Development Centers in Universities
